Beaufort Kayak Tours leads each trip, and we work out the tidal cycle, choose put in and take out spots, coordinate and disseminate information, and give an introductory talk at the beginning of each trip. We meet once a month (or more) to paddle both new places and old, meet new folks, and generally have a good time. Most of our trips are between 5 and 10 miles in length and are accessible to beginning paddlers.

There is no fee to join; we charge $10 per person for any trip that you join us on (excluding overnight trips). 

If you have friends that would like to join you on a Tide Riders trip (or you don't have your own kayak yet), we have rental equipment available for an additional fee. Tide Riders trips range near and far, with trips as close as downtown Beaufort and as far away as Baja, Mexico!
